i was expecting a top-notch stay at nelthorpe arms but ended up in a sweltering room, where i had to choose between the unbearable heat of the radiator and the strong, questionable food at dinner. i should have received a complimentary drink for my troubles, but that didn’t happen. absolutely unacceptable, i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
